Rhonda Ramlo, VP Partnerships & Growth leads the Company’s efforts to identify and secure external partnerships that enable the Company to achieve its business and financial goals.  Rhonda initially joined Clorox in 1986 after graduating from the Harvard Business School.  Over the course of 8 years, she had multiple positions of increasing responsibility in brand management across virtually every division including laundry, cleaning, innovation and food.  After leaving in 1994, she re-joined Clorox as the VP-General Manager of Brita, Laundry & Green Works.

In 1994, Rhonda joined Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, a regional $380M entity which became the leading US ice cream manufacturer with $2.3B in revenues. During her 16 tenure, Rhonda held multiple positions, ultimately becoming the EVP of Sales & Distribution responsible for 4,300 employees and later EVP of Marketing.

Rhonda is on the Board of The Wine Group.

Rhonda is the mother of three daughters; her eldest a senior at UCLA and her twins in the 8th grade.  In addition to her daughters, Rhonda’s other passions include cooking, adventuresome travel, gardening and photography.
