Responsible for driving large scale enterprise wide change that are cross functional in nature and focused on expanding margin and growth while operating efficiently and delighting customers.
Prior to current role, Radhika Venkatraman was the Vice President for IT – Enterprise Sales Life Cycle and Ordering Systems. She is also the Verizon Lean Six Sigma Lead for Information Technology. She was a transformational leader for Verizon Enterprise Solutions.  She led a global team of 1,200 professionals and revolutionized the way Verizon delivers services to its enterprise clients, which serves 99% of Fortune 500 companies. The transformation effort, called Rapid Delivery, created one global process from quote to billing and accelerates solution delivery. Her efforts are fundamentally changing how Verizon Enterprise Solutions conducts business, positioning the company for future growth.

Prior to this role, Radhika was Executive Director, Customer and Center Experience IT- Verizon Telecom with primary responsibility to efficiently scale Verizon FiOS product. Radhika led the transformation program responsible for leveraging technology enablers to improve operating and capital efficiency, expand margins and improve cash flow. She created an ultra-efficient back office by delivering breakthrough systems automation in the end-to-end service delivery processes. She and her team partnered with the business and doubled the factory thru put and eliminated waste. For these accomplishments, the president of the unit honored her with “Customer Experience Award”.

Prior to 2008, Radhika was Executive Director – Surveillance and Fault Isolation Systems in the Network Systems Group. Radhika has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held a variety of leadership positions within Verizon.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India and 2 master’s degrees, one in Computer Aided Engineering and another in Computer Science, both from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA.
