At Fortune’s recent Global Summit conference Sheryl Sandberg and Marc Andreessen were interviewed by Editor, Alan Murray, on inequality and tech. Unfortunately, the interview was far more illuminating of the consistent inequality women face. During a particularly heated point of the discussion, Marc and Alan continued to talk over Sheryl instead of allowing her to get a word in edgewise.
