Deborah Perry joined Aviat Networks in June 2010 and serves as the company’s Vice President, Global Human Resources responsible for oversight of all Human Resource functions; recruiting, compensation, benefits and talent management. Deborah leads a global team responsible for assessing operational readiness, developing talent to meet business objectives including management and leadership skills for our employees all over the world.
She has held senior level positions with a number of technology companies. Prior to joining Aviat Networks, Deborah held several senior positions with Covad Communications, Inc., an Internet network and service provider. She served as Vice President National Network Operations from 1998 to 2001 and as Vice President Corporate Operations accountable for corporate strategic vendor relationships, IT, network operations, procurement and facilities. Deborah served as Senior Vice President, Organizational Transformation until Covad’s acquisition by Platinum Equity in 2008. Prior to that, she held several senior leadership positions with AT&T including Director of Customers Service for Wireless and IVR services.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
