Lisa Calvert is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities at Getty Images. Lisa oversees all aspects of Getty Images’ diverse global workforce. Her responsibilities include developing HR strategies and leading global initiatives and programs that align with the company’s objectives, including talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
She has over twenty five years of experience in the human resources field. While Lisa started in Getty’s Seattle office, she has also led the HR function from London, where she spent five years, and most recently, has moved back to America and is now based in New York.
Prior to joining Getty, Lisa led the HR function at Harris Group in Seattle, Wa.
