Former Vice President and Global Compliance Counsel, Jones Lang LaSalle
Keikoh Park is Vice President and Global Compliance Counsel at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she analyzes international laws that apply to JLL’s business operations in 50+ jurisdictions around the world, and provides legal advice to JLL’s business teams in order to set policies and procedures designed to meet legal compliance obligations for the firm’s global operations.
Prior to joining the Global Legal Compliance team, Keikoh served as Senior Counsel for JLL’s corporate solutions business which provides corporate owner-occupier clients with a variety of real estate services including integrated facilities management, project and development services, transactions, lease administration, and energy and sustainability services, across a broad range of real estate portfolios. In this role, Keikoh negotiated national and global preferred supplier agreements, advised client account managers and leadership regarding contractual compliance requirements, and assisted account teams with negotiating and managing vendor contracts and resolving contractual disputes with both vendors and clients.
Before joining JLL’s legal team, Keikoh spent five years as a Construction Project Manager, representing corporate and institutional property owners in planning and managing budgets, schedules, and specifications for renovation and construction projects.
Keikoh earned her J.D./M.B.A. from DePaul University College of Law and DePaul University Graduate School of Business, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment. She has a B.A. in Architecture from Wellesley College.
