Kathy Sandstrom
Former Senior Managing Director, Heitman
As head of the Global Real Estate Group, Kathy is responsible for the execution of all of Heitman’s securities business initiatives. Kathy is a member of Heitman’s Management Committee, as well as the firm’s Board of Managers.
Kathy began her career at Heitman in 1996 as a member of the firm’s investor accounting group. Over the course of her tenure, Kathy has held a variety of roles. Most recently she led the firm’s North American Client Service & Marketing group, overseeing business development and client relationships for North American institutional investors and their consultants.
Kathy received a BA in Accounting from the University of West Florida. She is a CPA, a Series 7, 24, 66, and 79 Registered Representative, and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.
