Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn is Chief Knowledge Officer at Cisco and Vice President, General Manager at Cisco Services. She is a recognized thought-leader on the “Workforce of the Future” and an expert in workforce education, the social enterprise and knowledge systems. She was named as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Counsel in 2015, which recognizes the most influential women in leadership in America.

She leads several mission-critical businesses for Cisco, including Learning@Cisco, strategy and operations for the technical services business and the company’s office of innovation. Under Jeanne’s leadership, Learning@Cisco has become the industry’s foremost knowledge and education solution, by building knowledge platforms for customers and partners to build highly-skilled workforces. In 2008, she brought the industry’s first social education system to market – The Cisco Learning Network.

Outside of Cisco, Jeanne serves as the President and CEO of The Internet of Things Talent Consortium, where she brings together influencers and leaders from business, technology and academia to empower and accelerate a more agile workforce in the digital economy.  She also serves on a number of advisory boards for organizations committed to continuous learning and talent, including: Arizona State University, New York Academy of Sciences, California State University Chico and the Technical Services Industry Association (TSIA).
