Elif Sagsen-Ercel is the Vice President of Strategy at Fortune Brands Home & Security. She leads strategic planning and portfolio and business development strategies for the corporate office and national brands like Master Lock and Moen, as well as market forecasting for deeper insights into organic growth. She also leads the M&A agenda to expand the business in current and new complementary categories.
Prior to her current role, Elif held a range of responsibilities from overseeing the innovation pipeline and leading the company’s long range strategic planning process in Hillshire Brands to leading various strategy and M&A initiatives in US and Europe in Sara Lee.
Prior to Sara Lee, Elif had years of global consulting experience most recently with Booz & Company focusing on growth strategy development, M&A and alliances, and business model and organizational transformation predominantly for consumer products and retail industries.
