Colleen McIntosh

Colleen McIntosh is Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel for CVS Health Corporation, a Fortune 10 pharmacy innovation company based in Rhode Island. She is responsible for leading all SEC and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Colleen recently closed CVS Health’s $12.7 billion acquisition of Omnicare, Inc., the nation’s leading long-term care pharmacy. She also oversees the licensing of CVS’ 8,000 pharmacies and over 1,000 clinics. Collen is the Corporate Secretary, and she manages governance and regulatory compliance for the board of directors.
Prior to joining CVS Health, Colleen was Senior Vice President – Associate General Counsel at Medco Health Solutions, Inc., a national pharmacy benefits manager, where she had overall responsibility for a broad range of legal matters including healthcare reform, state insurance regulatory compliance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and labor and employment.
Previously, Colleen was a business partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, a large global law firm, where she worked primarily in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation and business transactions.
Colleen received her JD from St. John’s University School of Law and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
